Delivery Terms and Conditions

How much is delivery?

The shipping cost is BDT 150. Out of stock lead times are mentioned at the point of purchase. Orders placed before 1:30 pm (Sunday – Thursday, excluding bank holidays) with the Standard Delivery option will be delivered within 2-3 working days if in stock. Parcels are tracked and proof of delivery is provided. For orders placed before 2:00 pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 12 noon on Fridays (excluding bank holidays) with the Next Day Delivery option, the delivery will be made to the specified address on the next working day if in stock. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Please note that we do our best to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. You will receive this information when you place your order. The lead times are 2-3 working days when in stock and up to 14 days for orders where the stock is sold out. During the peak back to school period (August - September), we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time, but we will try our best to honour the expected delivery time.

Return

How can I return an item? We allow our customers to exchange or return a product according to the set conditions. You may apply for an exchange or return for a product or service within 7 days after you receive it.

Reasons for returns & replacement
  • Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Size mismatch for clothing.
  • Color mismatch for clothing.
  • Wrongly printed clothing. (Front/Back design mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement of design)
  • Wrong product sent.
Conditions for Exchange & Return:
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must be intact with tags.
  • An exchange or return request must be made within 7 days after you receive it.
  • All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipts/invoice and packaging) with barcode tags attached.
  • Exchange/return for products are subject to inspection and checking by the Youniform team.

  • Refunds will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
  • For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective account based on bank policy. The timeline of refund will be determined by the bank policy.
  • If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.
  • You will receive a refund anytime between 7-14 working days (As per bank policy). If you don't receive a refund within this time, please write to us at info@youniform.com, and we will investigate.
What is your return policy?

If the Goods are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please notify us as soon as you become aware of any problem and return the Goods to us. On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return to us the Goods we have delivered to you. You have 7 days from purchase to return an item for a refund. Delivery Charges may apply. We ask that you allow us to (at your option), replace or refund you for the price paid for any Goods which are found to be defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery. If you opt to exchange the Goods, the details of your exchange items must be included on the returns form available to you online. You have 7 days from order to exchange an item. If additional payment is required for your replacement item (s), we will contact you to receive payment before we delivery the exchanged goods or receive payment upon delivery. Only like for like product exchanges will be permitted.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order for Goods at any stage before the Goods are dispatched and up to 7 calendar days after Goods are delivered. To cancel your order under this paragraph. You must notify us at our address in writing, (including e-mail or letter) or by telephone and return the Goods to us within 7 days of this notification or prove evidence of. We will (at your option) exchange the Goods or refund you the amount paid for the Goods provided that the Goods are complete, unused, in 'as new' condition and with any accessories. We hold the right to reduce the amount of money refunded should the goods returned show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected. If you cancel prior to dispatch of the Goods we will make a Refund to you.
